These support functions are crucial to the Securitized Products Stream, which includes whole loans, conduit business, and Synthetic ABS, as well as the Fixed Income Stream, which covers the settlement of financing and cash trades.
Primary Job Function:
This position is for a development role of a middleware application for the payment processing of Synthetic ABS business in the Credit Default Swap business.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- To develop web applications and an Oracle Database schema. Create technical requirements and design the middleware application using the most recent technologies.
- Code enhancements for all web applications in Java and C++
- Understand processing gaps and provide technical solutions.
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree is essential, with preference given to candidates with a BS in Computer Science.
Experience:
This position requires 3-5 years of hands-on programming experience in Java and C++, experience working in a fast-paced environment, and at least 5 years of database experience in Oracle. Experience in the finance industry is preferred.
Skills & Knowledge:
Requirements include C++, WPF, WCF, XML, XSL, JDBC and ODBC, as well as excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills and superior communication skills both verbal and written. Preference will be given to candidates with Oracle and DTCC processing experience.

Primary Job Function:
The Data Center Project Manager will oversee data center project objectives from initiation to closing, as well as serve as the single point of contact for client business users with regard to project design, planning and status. The Data Center Project Manager will be responsible for the timely and within-budget completion of projects.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide administration and technical oversight of large/complex projects
- Provide detailed estimates of assigned projects, document requirements through direct communication as well as interpretation of schematics and drawings
- Monitor change control, process and procedures for project requests
- Provide basic CCNA type configuration functions as per client specification
- Responsible for the coordination of trade, material ordering and delivery schedules to ensure quality installation
- Liaise with manufacturers in the planning of material availability, product specifications, product reliability and proper installation and maintenance procedures
- Direct technical personnel on installation practices and provides tech support to Sr. Analysts and support personnel
- Perform quality assurance and sign off on all projects
- Communicate with architects, project planners, end users and various vendors on daily basis to ensure that needs, goals and deadlines are being met
- Perform vendor invoicing/ billing analysis and reconciliation when necessary
Experience & Qualifications:
Candidate must demonstrate superior analytical and problem-solving skills. Interpersonal communications talent is a must.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates in response to client RFP’s, job orders and large-scale bid packages
- Maintain working knowledge of financial reports for issuance of purchase orders
- Provide quarterly reports on project status for job-flow projections from telecommunications standpoint
- Travel required – flexible hours between field and office locations in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut
Experience & Qualifications:
- Candidate must have a minimum of 5-7 years of Telecom/construction experience and possess full knowledge of telecommunications/construction estimating practices & principles
- A team-player is a must, with field experience in applied telecom projects a strong plus
- Ideal candidate will possess excellent skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Visio CAD a plus but not required
